A: We are a factory founded in 2015 and based in Fujian, China, with more than 10 years of production experience.
Q: Why are your prices higher than those of other suppliers?
A: Product prices depend on a lot of things, such as different materials or production processes. If we use thicker, more durable materials, the cost goes up, so the price is naturally a bit higher. If you're talking about prices on online platforms, just be careful—lots of sellers just make up prices there. They use super low prices to get customers interested, but that's not the real price you'll actually pay in the end.
Q: Is there a warranty for the product?
A: The designed service life of the product is 10-30 years. We normally provide a one-year warranty for users.
Q: Does it protect against shocks and fire?
A: The product is thermally insulated and resists rain, wind, shocks, and fire.
Q: What's the minimum quantity?
A: Our MOQ is 1 piece for both regular styles and customer-customized styles.
Q: Do you offer customized production services? Also, are you able to create artwork for us?
A: We accept customized production and can create design drawings and renderings according to the customers' ideas and requirements.
Q: Where is your port of shipment?
A: Normally from Xiamen port, sometimes from Qingdao or Shenzhen.
Q: What's the lead time?
A: loading from factory within 7 days after receiving the deposit.
Q: Do you provide on-site installation services or support?
A: Our prices do not include on-site installation services, but we provide online video guidance. If overseas customers are willing to pay additional labor costs, we can send someone to help with the installation.
